The Future Business Leaders of America, Inc. (FBLA) is the largest business Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) in the world. FBLA provides students with opportunities to develop the skills, knowledge, and real-world experience necessary to succeed not only in business but in a wide range of careers. Members engage in competitive events, leadership development, and community service, gaining valuable experience that prepares them for both college and the workforce.

Middle School Course Offerings (Grades 6–8)
- Financial and Digital Fluency: An alternate day, full-year course earning 0.5 CTE credits, typically taken in Grade 7. The course explores earning income, budgeting, saving, spending, banking, credit, and evaluating financial risk and reward. Simultaneously, students develop practical technology skills, learning how to safely evaluate digital information and collaborate productively using digital tools.
High School Course Offerings & Sequences (Grades 9–12)
- Mandatory Graduation Requirement: Introduction to Computer Science and Digital Fluency (0.5 credits) is a mandatory half-year course taken in Grade 10. It fulfills the mandatory New York State computer science requirement for high school graduation by checking benchmarks in algorithms, data analysis, cybersecurity, and tech-driven critical thinking.
- 4+1 Multiple Pathways & Advanced Designation: High school students can complete an approved 4-to-5 credit sequence in Business Education to fulfill the "4+1" multiple assessment pathway to graduation, or to satisfy the 5-unit sequence required to earn an Advanced Regents Diploma in lieu of the World Language requirement.
- The Business Management & Entrepreneurship Track/CTE Endorsement: Students can complete a state-approved 3.5-Credit Business CTE Pathway by tracking through the core department requirements, including Career and Financial Management, Business Ownership and Marketing, and either Virtual Enterprise or the dual-enrollment block of College Entrepreneurship (eligible for 3 college credits from LIU Post) and College Introduction to Business (eligible for 3 college credits from LIU Post). Additionally, to secure the technical diploma endorsement seal, students must complete a teacher employability profile, log an electronic portfolio of student work, and pass a nationally recognized industry exam.
- Dual-Enrollment College Courses: Partnered with LIU Post, students can pay a fee to simultaneously earn transcripted college credits in College Accounting I & II, College Marketing, College Entrepreneurship, and College Introduction to Business.
