Erin Guida has been a resident of Hicksville for 15 years along with her husband, Brett, and together they have two children who both attend Hicksville High School.  Erin holds a degree in Product Development and Merchandising from the University of Cincinnati and currently works as the Principal Plaintiff Paralegal for the Noll Law Firm.

Now serving her third year on the Hicksville Board of Education as Board President, Erin is committed to building strong relationships and serving as a bridge between the district and the community. She also serves as a Trustee of the Hicksville Public Library and has been an active PTA leader, booster club member, and district committee volunteer. Erin values listening, collaborating, and bringing people together to support the success of Hicksville's students, families, and staff.

Linda Imbriale is a 24 year resident of Hicksville, and has served on the Board of Education since 2019. She is the mother of two children, both who graduated from HHS. Linda is a member of the Hicksville High School PTSA as well as SEPTA. As Board Secretary/trustee, Linda co-chairs the Special Education Advisory Committee, Curriculum Committee, and the Communications Advisory Committee. Linda has always been very passionate about advocating for all students, and is thrilled to serve this wonderful community that puts children’s needs first.

Ryan Chaplin has been a Hicksville resident for the past twenty years, along with his wife Jennifer, who is a teacher of 30 years. They have two boys, one a proud HHS graduate going into his second year at Delaware University and the other a rising senior at the HS this year. Ryan has been deeply involved in the Hicksville Music Parents Association for 6 years, serving as the president of the group for the past 5. Ryan has been active in the community throughout his years in the district, having been a Founders Day Honoree, and along with his wife Jennifer were named Honorary Liferecipients in 2024. Ryan is a partner at a restoration company helping Long Island families navigate unexpected emergencies when they arise in their homes. He looks forward to continuing to serve the community and its students, having truly appreciated all the opportunities and success his children have enjoyed during their years in the district.

Annette Beiner has proudly served on the Hicksville Board of Education since 2022. She has been a Hicksville resident since 1998 and, along with her husband, raised their two children. Her husband graduated from Hicksville High School, and their children proudly represent the third generation of their family to graduate from the Hicksville Public Schools.

Annette holds a degree in Business Management and is a Defense Litigation Paralegal.

For nearly two decades, Annette has been actively involved in the Hicksville community through numerous volunteer leadership roles. She has served as President and Treasurer of the Lee Avenue PTA, Treasurer of the Hicksville Middle School PTA, President and Treasurer of the Hicksville High School PTSA, SEPTA Delegate, President and Treasurer of the Hicksville Council of PTAs, and President and Treasurer of the Hicksville Band Parents Association.

Annette currently serves as Chair of the Board's Safety Committee and Chair of the Facilities/Bond Committee. She remains committed to supporting the district through thoughtful governance, fiscal responsibility, and a continued focus on providing a safe, high-quality educational environment for all students.

Patricia is an 18 year resident of Hicksville. She is the mother of three children, one of whom graduated in 2022 and is currently an Education Major at St. John’s University, one attends the High School and one in Middle School. Patricia has been active member of community as a Girl Scout leader and has served in the Hicksville PTA’s for the past fifteen years holding numerous board positions at Woodland School, Middle School and on Council, most recently as Co-President of Hicksville Council of PTA’s. She has been an active member of Curriculum, Finance, and Wellness committees. She studied Business Management at Nassau Community College and has worked as a Purchasing Agent for various school districts. Newly elected to the board, she wants Hicksville’s diverse community represented in our board room while advocating for all children.

Kim is a lifelong Hicksville resident and proud graduate of Hicksville Public Schools and Long Island Performing Arts Center. She is the mother of a son currently attending Hicksville High School. Kim has been actively involved in the Hicksville community for over 12 years, serving in numerous leadership roles, including President of Hicksville Council of PTAs, President of Hicksville Middle School PTSA, President and Vice President of Old Country Road Elementary PTA and Delegate for Hicksville High School PTSA. She was a Founders' Day Honoree at the Elementary and Middle School levels, has served on the District Strategic Planning Committee, Shared Decision Making Committee, Middle School Task Force and Family Engagement Committee. 

Professionally, Kim has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, where she has held leadership roles in customer service, compliance, sales and business operations. Her experience has strengthened her skills in collaboration, communication, strategic planning and problem solving. 

As a member of the Hicksville Board of Education Kim is committed to supporting students, staff, and families through thoughtful decision-making, open communication, and collaboration. She looks forward to working alongside the Board and the community to help ensure every student has the opportunity to learn, grow and succeed.
